When we think of compulsive liars, we can perhaps be somewhat dismissive. But compulsive liars are unhappy. As much as we don't want to hear the tall stories, they don't want to tell them, but they can't help it. It is indeed a compulsion. A compulsion to hide behind a web of deceit and untruths. This session works very well in conjunction with our Self-Image Improvement session.
